Responsibilities & Context:
1. Develop territory-wise sales targets using multiple parameters, including performance, market potential, and competitor analysis.
2. Evaluate monthly and quarterly incentive programs for Field Force employees based on performance metrics.
3. Assess the effectiveness of brand campaigns and Field Force engagement initiatives.
4. Evaluate eligibility for foreign trips and other reward programs for Field Force employees.
5. Collaborate closely with Field Force teams, Marketing, HR MIS, Finance, and Audit to share data, insights, and reports to support business decisions.
6. Monitor sales performance trends and provide actionable insights for territory and product strategy improvements.
7. Support senior management in preparing performance dashboards, reports, and presentations for business review meetings.
8. Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize sales processes and operational efficiency.
