Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Animal Husbandry/Zoology/Botany

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Vaccine, Farm Management, Nutrition/ Food, Production/ Operation Management, Quality Assurance or Quality Control., TQM
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Manufacturing (FMCG), Poultry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Selected candidate will be assigned to work any of the following departments considering his/her experience, knowledge and skills.
∎ Breeder
∎ Hatchery

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Breeder:
∎ Ensure the Farm Management in Breeder area
∎ Ensure proper treatment, FCR, Low Mortality, Required Body weight of Live Bird.
∎ Ensure proper Farm Management as and when required (such as Biosecurity, Medication, Vaccination, Chicks delivery)
∎ Ensure proper data entry in ERP
∎ Hatchery:
∎ Ensure the Farm Management in Hatchery area
∎ Ensure Standard Hatchability, Rejected Egg or Chicks percentage.
∎ Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of the DOC to the farmers / dealers.
∎ Ensure proper Farm Management as and when required (Biosecurity, Medication, Vaccination)
∎ Ensure proper data entry in ERP

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 36 years
∎ Sound knowledge on, Brooding, Fumigation, Biosecurity, Vaccine Schedule, Farm Management, Production Planning, Feed Nutrition, TQM on Feed manufacturing.
∎ Strong analytical and negotiation skill.
∎ Must have strong communication and convincing Skills.
∎ Should have good skill in MS Office (specially Excel and Word).
∎ Willingness to travel frequently.
∎ Must have the mentality to stay at rural area i.e. farm location is out side of Dhaka.
∎ Should have willingness to stay at least 5 years in our company.
