Job Responsibilities:
∎ Roll formed grey fabrics are received from the Grey Fabric Store
∎ To prepare the batch of fabric for dyeing according to the order sheet (Received from buyer/merchandiser/Fabric Plan), Dyeing shade (Color or white, light or dark shade), Machine capacity, machine availability, type of fabrics, Emergency order.
∎ To send the grey fabric to the dyeing floor with batch card.
∎ To keep records for every previous dyeing.
∎ To use maximum capacity of existing dyeing machine.
∎ To minimize the washing time or preparation time or machine stopping time.
∎ To keep the number of batch as less as possible for same shade.
∎ To use a particular machine for dyeing same shade.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about Fabric management system
∎ Good Knowledge & Skill in MS Office
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Must have the ability to Supervise and inspire team member
Salary: Negotiable
