Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and configure a CRM system to capture, store, and manage customer data.
∎ Develop and maintain standardized procedures for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer records.
∎ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand data requirements and customize the CRM system to meet business needs.
∎ Import and export customer data from various sources into the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
∎ Regularly clean and deduplicate customer data to maintain data quality and consistency.
∎ Create and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze customer data trends, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for business growth.
∎ Develop segmentation strategies to effectively target and personalize marketing campaigns and sales outreach efforts.
∎ Monitor CRM system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed, liaising with IT support or vendors for resolution.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM technology and data management.
∎ Lead Generation, Client Handling (Foreign), Online Data Collection, Data Mining, Data Analysis etc.
∎ Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and proficiency in CRM administration.
∎ Strong understanding of data management principles, database structures, and data privacy regulations.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
∎ Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
∎ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
∎ Prior experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus.
∎ Able to work at Night Shift (9:30 PM to 6 AM).
