Core Responsibilities:
- Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of commercial agreements, legal notice and documents according to company needs and operations (e.g., vendor contracts, partnerships and others)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and financial risks inherent in proposed transactions and business activities
- Prepare the company's response to litigation, including cases filed by or against the organization and assist assigned lawyer providing relevant documentation, evidences
- Assist in drafting complex legal petitions and submissions for court proceedings and regulatory matters
- Interpret and analyze complex laws, regulations and industry policies impacting the company
- Provide clear, actionable legal advice to business units on compliance obligations to support policies & decision-making
- Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant acts, case law and precedents affecting company operations
- Assist in resolving employee disputes and grievances according to law
