Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop sources for pharmaceutical products through virtual communication (using web, e-mail, Skype, QQ or any other means).
∎ To communicate overseas principals (manufacturers/suppliers) for pharmaceutical samples, documents, prices etc. according to the customer's requirement.
∎ To make report of requirement list, sample submission detail, development status, test report status, commercial order status etc.
∎ To look after quality & documents related technical issues/complaints of commercial consignments.
∎ To research & study new products (i.e. API, Excipient, Healthcare items etc.).

∎ Assist Manager in Planning & Execution of project processContributing to project process through innovative & creative market research.
∎ Working closely with customers, by demonstrating a technical consultative sales style in order to maintain long term relationships, ensure effective customer.
∎ Assist departmental personnel in analyzing and interpreting market / operational data and making comparative analysis.
∎ To perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.Should have good knowledge in commercial process.
