Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Must be Proficient in Bengali and English Language.

  • Excellent Bengali and English typing skills.

  • Bangla Typing Speed minimum 25 words per minute & English typing speed minimum 40 words per minute.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word and Excel).

  • Having the ability to communicate with internal and external customers effectively.

  • Sound knowledge of making office documentation.

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Must be smart with a positive attitude.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness, and hard work are a must for the position.

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance during office time.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provide executive-level support to senior management, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and correspondence management.

  • Manage office facilities, and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Prepare documents for internal and external communication.

  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
