Job Context
We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as a ‘‘Executive (Admin)” who has the relevant experience to meet desired goal.
Job Location: Banasree, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
To maintain the employee’s personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
To monitor all HR related data, reports, formats, statement & registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company’s HR policies and procedures.
Welcome guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.
Keep a record of staff movements, visitors with name, address & contact number
Should be able to handle visitors with a proper and polite manner.
Receiving customer queries and forwarding to the concern department.
Employee Attendance & Register Khata should be maintained.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
Reporting day to day activities to the concerned department.
Conducting routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.
