Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ BBA/ MBA/ M. Com (major in Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed Public or Private University
∎ CA/ ICMA partly qualified will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and posting Payments Voucher, Receipts Voucher & Journal Voucher in ERP software.
∎ Process all type of bills in accordance with Company's policies, procedures and guidelines.
∎ Preparing statement for salary, wages, overtime, PF etc.
∎ Creating sales/purchase invoice in tally/accounting software
∎ Responsible for stock and inventory related work, entry and reconciliation.
∎ Recording Banking transaction, loan adjustment, Cheques, Transfer payments, etc.
∎ Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
∎ Preparation of profit and Loss Accounts (Provisional), Monthly and Annually, preparing Balance sheet.
∎ Communication with Bank, VAT, NBR, RJSC.
∎ Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT
∎ Preparation and submission of monthly VAT return
∎ Assists in finalization of tax and other Accounts of the company.
∎ Others tasks as directed by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ MS office & Accounting software.
