• Bachelor of accounting / Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent business degree

Experience / Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 32 years

• A minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts management.

• Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Building & Construction Materials, Engineering Firms, Real Estate or property businesses

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage and supervise daily accounting and financial activities of the company.

• Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, vouchers, bills, and financial transactions.

• Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.

• Monitor project-wise expenses, budgets, and cost tracking.

• Supervise cash book, bank transactions, reconciliations, and fund management.

• Coordinate with procurement, store, and project teams regarding financial documentation.

• Ensure timely salary processing and vendor/subcontractor payments.

• Maintain VAT, TAX, and other regulatory compliance documentation.

• Assist management in budgeting, financial planning, and operational decision-making.

• Support implementation and operation of ERP/accounting software systems.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.
