eThreatGuard is a cyber-security company in Dhaka providing digital security services to organizations in Bangladesh across a wide range of industries including banking/financial, insurance, IT & datacenters, etc.
The Marketing and Operations Manager will be responsible for sales &marketing of the digital security products, maintaining relationships with clients as a point of contact, and overseeing the operations and technical team. This includes actively pursuing and gathering leads and customer requirements, working closely with customers to provide them with customized solutions, working with internal teams to coordinate after sales service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and creating and maintaining processes on an operational level. The position will include responsibility to meet lead generation and sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly, and ensuring support for the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the client’s business or industry.
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of market and competitors.
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery timelines.
Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal teams to investigate problems, develop solutions, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management& clients.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings & workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
