Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in general management, Environmental Management, Engineering etc will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a compliant and robust audit schedule with actions, objectives, and reviews to be performed
∎ Conduct regular audits against the plan ensuring practices and documentation are accurate and complete
∎ Ensure compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; recommends areas for improvement or where operational controls can be tightened
∎ Collect, document, analyze, interpret and document information thoroughly to support audit findings
∎ Prepare thorough audit reports to document areas under review, procedures performed, conclusions and anticipated remediation
∎ Assist in the creation and implementation of corrective action plans, for example, educational programs to prevent findings from recurring
∎ Coordinate and perform training programs to staff ensure the all suppliers understands documentation guidelines, accuracy in coding, etc.
∎ Report non-compliance issues detected through monitoring of action plans and follow up audits
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience as Social, Health & Safety compliance auditor or 5 years’ experience as compliance manager in apparel industry
∎ Willingness to travel
∎ Excellent report writing skills-(Compliance audit reports)
∎ Excellent communication skills
