Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Information Systems, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Systems
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Intelligence, ERP Implementation, Erp software, ERP systems manage, Reporting Technology Crystal Report and Power BI
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Examine and evaluate current ERP systems and identify system requirements.
∎ Maintain, manage, and update excellent documentation on ERP software and its data structure.
∎ Performs verification tests with the end users (clients/vendors) on the ERP software.
∎ Before migrating upgrades/updates to the production environment consult with the ERP users, and company staff to minimize unplanned outages.
∎ Validate every change that comes in ERP and serves technical resources to keep updated the users for the smooth operation of daily tasks.
∎ Provides technical training for end users including vendors/clients.
∎ Acts as subject matter expert on the ERP software and business processes. Creates and maintains documentation related to the maintenance and usability of ERP.
∎ Works with other vendors/clients to develop data interfaces to improve data flow between ERP and other applications.
∎ Collaborate with the IT team and Developers to produce new systems and support with effective training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years of experience or equivalent knowledge maintaining and overseeing an enterprise resource planning application.
∎ 3-5 years of experience or equivalent knowledge providing technical support for end users working in Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Fixed Asset, Policies etc. modules.
∎ Experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools.
∎ Creative, analytical, and proactive problem solver.
∎ Must maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive customer or employee data.
∎ Must be able to work under tight deadlines efficiently and with high quality.
∎ Must possess strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
∎ Must have the desire to collaborate with multiple departments and serve as an advocate for end users.
∎ Effective English language communicator (both conversational, technical & written)
