• Assist in maintaining the daily performance and efficiency of rooftop solar power generation systems across assigned sub-areas.

• Coordinate with plant operations teams to ensure smooth operation and optimum utilization of solar power systems.

• Maintain and monitor generation dashboards, performance reports, and system analytics to identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs related to solar power operations, maintenance, and safety compliance.

• Analyze system performance data and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance generation efficiency and operational reliability.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for troubleshooting, maintenance support, and project-related activities.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Prepare periodic reports on generation performance, downtime analysis, maintenance status, and improvement initiatives for management review.

• Support future expansion, modification, and optimization projects related to rooftop solar systems across BSRM Group.
