Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
The candidate will maintain the daily engineering work schedule, prioritize tasks, and optimize the service team`s performance. Reporting directly to the Technical Head (Managing Director), the candidate will also manage customer relations, gather feedback, and take necessary actions.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the daily engineering work schedule.
Set task priorities for the service team.
Monitor and enhance the performance of service engineers.
Report directly to the Technical Head (Managing Director).
Manage customer relations and gather feedback.
Implement necessary actions based on customer feedback.
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Coordinate with other departments to support service operations.
Prepare and present performance reports.
Assist in developing strategies to improve service quality.
