Experience:
Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, regulatory compliance, and operational management.
Proven expertise in talent acquisition, KPI development, performance management systems, and SOP implementation.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational transformation.
1) Lead recruitment & headhunting initiatives to ensure the right people are placed in the right positions through effective HR mapping.
2) Develop and implement KPI frameworks and performance evaluation systems for all departments.
3) Plan and execute employee training & development programs based on performance analysis and skill gaps.
4) Formulate and implement SOPs and policies for HR, Admin, and other operational functions to ensure smooth business operations.
5) Develop and enforce SOPs and policies for Security Management, Protocol Management, Transportation Management, and other administrative areas as required.
6) Supervise and monitor daily administrative operations, including transport, security, housekeeping, canteen, and related facilities.
7) Oversee employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive work environment.
8) Prepare and review agreements, contracts, legal letters, and documents to ensure legal protection for the organization.
9) Monitor and maintain workplace safety, security, and welfare facilities in line with legal and company standards.
10) Collaborate with top management to develop and implement administrative policies and procedures, and prepare timely reports and presentations for decision-making.
11) Lead and manage the day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
12) Ensure security of office, store, and personnel; lead crisis management during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or other incidents.
13) Negotiate and resolve daily operational issues among workers, staff, and management on administrative matters.
14) Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management as required.
