• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Functional Activities:

• Ensure the production of final products adhering to the schedule.

• Ensure highlighting production related issues for resolution.

• Generate a detailed schedule plan.

• Create and release production orders and lots.

• Ensure production process at various production channels at unit (heating, grooving to reduce diameter as per specifications, cooling etc.).

• Adjust and correct machine set-ups to reduce thicknesses, reshape products, and eliminate product defects.

• Ensure ERP, OPM Production Batch managing required data sets.

• Ensure minimizing miss rolls generation.

• Monitor machine cycles and mill operation to detect jamming and to ensure that products conform to specifications.

• Ensure Safety by using PPE and maintenance of PPE properly at Workplace.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with Unit Quality Control & Management department continuously to ensure quality of products and manage the production process accordingly.

• Coordinate with unit Workshop and Material Management & Logistics to ensure availability of spares and raw materials
