Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a production team in rotational shift for managing production process.
∎ Ensure availability of manpower in the shift.
∎ Supervise production process in various production channels from CCM exit to finishing area.
∎ Ensure smooth floor operation and adherence to production schedule.
∎ Ensure adherence to technical and process specifications in the production floor.
∎ Supervise setting of mill as per requirements like furnace temperature, grooving, speed, tension control, stock size, OWS parameters etc.
∎ Monitor process parameters to ensure production as per quality specification.
∎ Reduce operational and process breakdown, minimize miss roll generation.
∎ Execute change over and shut down job as per requirement.
∎ Prepare shift wise production related MIS.
∎ Monitor and ensure adherence to safety guidelines at workplace.
∎ Coordination with quality assurance department continuously to ensure quality of product and manage process parameters accordingly.
∎ Coordination with Roll/guide shop for availability of spares.
∎ Coordination with Maintenance department for proper functioning of equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic Knowledge of Rolling Mill Operation Process
∎ Basic knowledge of Drawing and Auto CAD
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in both Bengali and English

Salary: Negotiable
