- Knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Tekla, or similar structural design software.
- Strong understanding of steel codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic background may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and supervise steel structure projects.
- Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and project documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and project management teams.
- Provide technical support during fabrication and erection.
- Conduct site visits and resolve engineering/structural issues.
