Minimum 5–6 years of practical experience in operating Roto Packer machines and managing packing operations in a cement plant
Strong understanding of packing line processes, machine and electrical troubleshooting, and quality control standards
Ability to coordinate effectively with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch
Proven capability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet operational deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Company: Confidence Cement Dhaka Limited
Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi
Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of cement packing plant machinery, including rotary packers, truck loading systems, bulk loading, and bag conveyors
Monitor equipment performance and promptly identify abnormalities, potential breakdowns, or efficiency issues
Ensure packing accuracy-correct weight, proper bag sealing, labeling, and dispatch quantity
Supervise and guide operators, helpers, and contract labor to achieve production targets effectively
Conduct daily shift briefings, assign tasks, and ensure proper handover between shifts
Maintain strict discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping in the packing plant area
Prepare and maintain shift reports, production logs, and operational records
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing efficiency and reduce wastage
