Job Responsibilities:
∎ To commission gPlex Contact Center Solution and gTalk PBX system.
∎ To provide the technical support to corporate customer.
∎ To identify bugs of new product, software testing and troubleshooting.
∎ Coordinating with local and foreign organizations to provide technical support for Company's software.
∎ To visit physically to various organizations and associated places.
∎ To ensure technical coordination with various departments.
∎ To work as a team member under supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 4 years in Network Operations Engineering
∎ Technical Requirements :
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience as an Engineer (Network Operations or System Administration) is required.
∎ Responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring of network infrastructure and application components.
∎ Provide support to clients by answering questions, replying emails, providing information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow up and Provide onsite technical support if needed.
∎ Good understanding of Network Security, Firewall on Linux and IP Subnetting, OSPF, BGP, VPN, L3/L2 Tunnel, Inter-VLAN Routing.
∎ In depth knowledge on LAN/WAN design, implementation and maintenance of networking devices like CISCO router, Mikrotik, switch, firewall, access point and diagnose problems.
∎ Good knowledge VoIP/SIP protocol will add advantages.
∎ Work on shifts and weekends.
