∎ B.Sc in CSE/ EEE/ ECE/ ETE or Equivalent degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and troubleshoot IP networking equipment like CISCO, Juniper, MikroTik.
∎ Periodic network monitoring via various monitoring applications like solar wind, LibreNMS, Cacti, Dude.
∎ Maintain smooth communication with all stakeholders to ensure service at all ends
∎ Ticket follow-up
∎ Provide 24/7 client support whenever required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on working experience on CISCO/Juniper/ MikroTik.
∎ A clear concept in IP networking
∎ A clear concept in layer-2 Network
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ At least 1-year of working experience in Customer Care or Support.
∎ Ability to face new technology challenges.
∎ Able to work in adverse situations.
∎ Must be very good at email writing and communication over the telephone.

Salary: Negotiable
