Experience:
At least 05 years of teaching experience in relevant fields.
At least 06 years of teaching experience in respective industry/sector/trade, educational qualification may be relaxed to HSC.
Must be certified at BNQF Level-02 & CBT&A Level-04 under NSDA.
Preference will be given to the trainers with teaching experience.
Willingness to travel for field mobilization
To deliver high quality training aligned with NSDA standards and actively support the mobilization and enrollment of suitable learners to sure effective program implementation.
To effectively plan, deliver and assess both theoretical and practical training sessions based on NSDA aligned curriculum ensuring learners develop the required competencies, professionalism and ethical standards.
Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, Software and Hardware troubleshooting)
Fluent in Bangla and basic English
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure with team spirit;
Fulfills all obligations to gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment.
ABOUT ANANDO
ANANDO is a national, non-government, non-profit, non-political and voluntary development organization that came into existence as “ANANDO” in 1996 and afterwards registered with the Directorate of Social Services and NGO Affairs Bureau in August 1997. The goal of ANANDO is the reduction of poverty by addressing sustainable livelihood development, women empowerment, climate change, water and sanitation, skill development promotion of enterprise, and peacebuilding. The purpose of ANANDO is to serve the extremely vulnerable communities and people at risk by reducing their vulnerability and suffering and promoting their sustainable socioeconomic development.
ANANDO’s programs are being implemented in 8 districts (Tangail, Cox’s Bazar, Khagrachari, Gazipur, Jamalpur, Rangamati, Satkhira, and Chittagong) through 21 Projects/Branch Offices of which 16 offices are own establishment. Its current development partners include USAID, Welthungerhilfe – BMZ, GFFO, Germany, Licht Brucke – BMZ, Germany, GIZ, Department of Women Affairs (GOB), Bureau of Non-Formal Education (GOB), Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP), and PKSF.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Khagrachari District of Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) has a hilly terrain and is a forest-dominated area. Among this hilly people the literacy rate is very low. There are barely any opportunities for the skills development of youths who drop out of school. To assist this school dropout youths to have a decent life with proper socio-economic conditions, ANANDO established Vocational Training Centre (VTC) in 2008. In this region rural poor youths who are generally deterred from entering public training centers due to lack of academic qualification and costs implicit, ANANDO made an important contribution in this direction is its Vocational Training for Youth Resource Development Program. The key outcome of the VTC project is that most of the trainees have got jobs in different workshop and factories. Some of them have started their own business and become self-dependent.
ROLE PURPOSE
An Electronics Instructor`s role is to teach students the theory and practical skills of electronics, bridging complex engineering with real-world application to prepare them for technical careers in fields like telecom, automation, or manufacturing. They develop and deliver curriculum (circuits, microcontrollers, testing), conduct hands-on labs, mentor students in problem-solving, and stay updated on industry tech to ensure graduates meet employer demands for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic systems.

Week days: 5 days and a half
Contract period : Three years with highest possibility to extension

RESPONSIBILITIES
Train to conduct theoretical and practical session.
Using competency based teaching methods.
Design and update lessons on fundamental concepts (circuitry, digital systems, and microcontrollers) and practical skills (soldering, testing equipment use).Encourage soft skills like empathy, patience and professionalism.
Deliver lectures and lead hands-on lab sessions, translating theory into practical competence.
Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical expertise through project guidance and academic/career advice.
Connect advanced engineering concepts with the hands-on skills needed by technicians
Equip individuals for direct entry into technical roles, ensuring they can install, maintain, and repair electronic systems.
Identify and engage potential learners through field visits, referrals and campaigning.
Maintain records of interested candidate and mobilization sources.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheet and progress report
Conduct training assessment (written and practical).
Coordinate with admin, procurement and project teams for smooth training execution.
Submit daily/weekly reports on training status and trainee attendance.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
