  • Fluency in English required.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • S\he will work close with HR Manager and Higher Authority.

  • Manage the recruitment process for academic and non-academic positions, from posting job openings to conducting interview session.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and provision of necessary resources.

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits.

  • Maintain and secure HR records, including personnel files, attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping practices.

  • Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics and trends to support informed decision-making by the management team.

  • Submit Bank Form to New Staff and manage account number & and Inform Staff to collect cheque from Accounts Department.

  • Work on late and Absent register and check biometric attendance software.

  • Arrange and sort out leave process form, early leaving form of all staff.

  • Disburse ID card to new staff and new teacher CV to VP or Coordinator.Supporting HR Executive for any kind of tas

  • Check and Monitoring Attendance, Overtime and Leave worksheet in daily basis.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the safety and security of students and staff, including conducting background checks on employees.

  • Any task assigned by the Higher Authority or Head of the department.
