Oasis Academy is seeking qualified, dedicated, and passionate Teachers to join our coaching team in the subjects of Mathematics & Physics.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and students’ learning needs.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and academic performance.
Prepare lesson materials, quizzes, and examinations.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
Communicate effectively and regularly with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress and behavior.
