• সার্ভো ড্রাইভ, ইনভার্টার, এবং অন্যান্য ইলেকট্রনিক মডিউলের কাজ করার বাস্তব সম্মত অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে

We are looking for a passionate and reliable “Electronics Engineer” to join our growing carpet manufacturing company. As part of our technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and innovation of our production systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Vandewiele RCE অথবা অন্যান্য weaving machine-এর PCB board troubleshooting ও component-level repair

• Control board, drive board, HMI, power supply board ইত্যাদির ডায়াগনসিস ও রিপেয়ার

• সার্ভো ড্রাইভ, ইনভার্টার, এবং অন্যান্য ইলেকট্রনিক মডিউলের সঠিক কাজ নিশ্চিত করা

• Preventive maintenance এবং emergency fault repairing

• মেশিন অপারেটর ও ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের সাথে টেকনিক্যাল কমিউনিকেশন বজায় রাখতে হবে

• Main Control Card/CPU Board মেরামত ও programmed logic অনুযায়ী ঠিক করতে হবে

• HMI Interface Card (টাচ স্ক্রিন বা কন্ট্রোল প্যানেল) ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে ঠিক করতে হবে

• Drive Control Card / Inverter Board

• Sensor Interface Card সমস্ত সেন্সর (যেমন – থ্রেড সেন্সর, তাপমাত্রা,ফটো সেন্সর প্রেসার ইত্যাদি) ঠিক মতো কাজ করতে পারছে কিনা তা প্রত্যেকদিন চেক করতে হবে

• সকল ধরনের micro-controller, plc card, servo driver card, VFD Driver card, IC, micro processor etc. ধারনা এবং কাজ সম্পর্কে জানা থাকতে হযে
