Responsibilities & Context:
Experience
Ø Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
Ø Experience in ceramic or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
Additional Requirements
Ø Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control panels
Ø Experience with PLC, motors, drives, and automation systems
Ø Good leadership and team management skills
Ø Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
Ø Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
Responsibilities & Context
• Oversee and manage all electrical operations of the assigned section
• Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
• Supervise electricians and technical staff
•Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize downtime
• Monitor power consumption and optimize energy efficiency
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with electrical regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and maintenance records
• Coordinate with production and other departments for uninterrupted operation
