Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputed University/Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility to Electrical & Utility department of an entire factory premises contains Boiler, Compressor, Generator, Pump, Air conditioning system and ETP/WTP.
∎ Lead & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of utility supply.
∎ Responsible for scheduled maintenance of all machines and equipment of the company.
∎ To ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment before any breakdown occurs.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (Water, Power, air, steam, gas, etc) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the factory.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the utilities issues such as air compressor, generator, Gas Boiler, A/C plant, Fan, Water pump, Gas Boiler, ETP, etc.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively
∎ Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective
∎ Need to pursue all electrical and mechanical works for operation and maintenance of power equipment like Sub- Station, AVR, ATS, Electrical panel board etc.
∎ Responsible for modification/renovation of all types of work like Factory As built SLD (Electrical), ELD,LPS, Substation Load Management, Industrial load calculation and distribution for new load connection, BBT Renovation/new installation etc.
∎ Monitor IR test report, Earth Pit test report, and Thermographic survey report.
∎ Need to pursue operation and maintenance of Central Fire Detection & Protection System, Air Conditioner (AC), Emergency Lighting, PA system, Fire door, any other Fire Fighting equipment. .
∎ To maintain audit related documents like RSC, Nirapon- 90 days report and others for electrical safety, fire safety related issues.
∎ All records have to be documented and maintained.
∎ Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly
∎ Adhered to repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Generator, Boiler & Compressor etc.
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals
∎ Ensure the smooth function of utility services.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Organize and prepare factories for facing different types of audit especially RSC, Nirapon or any other fire & electrical safety related audit.
∎ To ensure installation, maintenance & commissioning of all types of industrial substations (X-former, LT panel, HT panel , PFI plant , AVS , IVS , ATS , HT cable , LT cable)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have minimum ABC or BC Electrical Supervisor License.
∎ Should be self-driven, hardworking & high level of professional integrity.
