Responsibilities & Context:
- Sub-Station Operation, Installation & Maintenance.
- Generator Operation & Maintenance.
- Sound knowledge of BBT.
- Dry/Oil type Transformer.
- Lift Operation & Maintenance.
- Maintenance of FDB & SDB.
- Firm knowledge of High/Low voltage Circuit Breakers, MC & other protection system.
- Firefighting system.
- PA System.
- BEMS system operation.
- Preparation of an electrical billing system for a running project.
- Maintaining the teamwork between the electricians, generator operators, plumbers & lift operators.
- Should have a sound knowledge of preparing work reports, BOQ, work schedules, and project planning.
- Building wiring diagram.
- AutoCAD.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
