∎ Bachelor Degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years of working experience in development sectors.
∎ Bachelor Degree with 3 years inclusive working experience with women networks (EKATA model) targeting RMG workers.
∎ Candidates are living and working in Gazipur, Narayangonj, Savar, Ashulia and Chittagong will get preference.
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Ability to coordinate with counterparts and other stakeholders.
∎ Proven track-record of work in the community people especially with marginalized groups particularly women.
∎ Strong facilitation background including participatory planning, organizing and community mobilization.
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Ability to coordinate with project partners, counterparts and other stakeholders.
∎ Good understanding on Gender.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS words, MS-Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.
∎ Highly motivated and able to work with time pressures.
∎ Strong facilitation skills.
∎ Excellent negations skills.
∎ Excellent team player and interpersonal communications.
∎ Hard working, flexible, and willingness.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
