What you will bring

• Senior project implementation experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.

• Vocational training, livelihoods, and education programs implementation for youth track record.

• Project management, budget management, and leadership expertise.

• Programming scale-up track record.

• Complex and volatile context exposure.

• Bangladesh, Cox’s Bazar, and Rohingya Refugee camps, context exposure and knowledge, pertaining to displacement and humanitarian needs.

• English fluency, both written and verbal.

What you will do

• Education strategy and project development.

• Education project implementation (activities, budget, and project documentation) in line with strategies, proposals, and donor requirements.

• Technical direction and assurance of high quality of projects.

• Project budget development and management.

• People leadership by identifying and recruiting staff; as well as providing mentorship and support; and capacity building, transfer of skills, and training.

• Stakeholder management.
