∎ Curriculum and Material Development
∎ Early Grade Learning and Literacy
∎ Classroom Instruction
∎ Professional Development and School Leadership Training
∎ Student Assessment
∎ Information and Communications Technology (ICT) for Education
∎ Community Education/District Site Coordination
∎ Systems Strengthening
∎ Pre-service and In-service Training
∎ Education Governance and Policy
∎ School Culture and Socio-economic Support
∎ Parent and School Community Inclusion

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of five years of professional experience in the education sector in Bangladesh;
∎ Professional experience implementing international donor-funded required;
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity;
∎ Professional verbal and written proficiency in English is required.
