∎ The EcoSec Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the EcoSec Coordinator and will be responsible primarily for the management of the programme statistical data based on the internal tools and procedures, formulation of the monthly statistical reports, including other statistical reports when required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data entry/processing and EPMT:
∎ Compiles/centralizes and updates the statistical data from the field concerning all EcoSec interventions on a monthly basis
∎ Ensures that the field statistical data are submitted timely and through the established tools and procedures
∎ Maintains regular exchange with EcoSec field teams on the monthly statistical reporting and provides support in this regard as required
∎ Provides recommendation for the adjustment of the tools for statistical reporting, when necessary
∎ Maintains regular exchange with other team members concerning day-to-day use of EPMT application (creates new records: beneficiaries, distribution plans, orders)
∎ Updates the EPMT application by creating new files as required (introduction of new commodity types, translation)
∎ Liaises with the GIS team on the production of program maps based on the team's monthly/quarterly/annual statistical updates
∎ Supports EPMT users and guides them through the e-learning system, if required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla (written and oral)
∎ Computer literacy
∎ 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, or in other organizations
∎ Working experience in Humanitarian/International Organization in similar position if preferred
∎ Previous working experience in Red Cross Movement will get preference
