Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare order, respond to customer queries, and upsell whenever appropriate
∎ Regularly coordinate, track, and manage product deliveries with customers, delivery partners and corporate clients
∎ Coordinate activities related to receiving, stacking, shipping, and maintaining stock records
∎ Reconcile transactions and submit activity and results report
∎ Create and maintain procedures pertaining to operations and logistics activities
∎ Coordinate with Marketing, Accounting, and Technology teams on various activities
∎ Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics, and customer issues
∎ Coordinate printing and production of brochures, stickers, leaflets, and educational materials when necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 47 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
