Responsibilities & Context:
Assist the E-Commerce Incharge in daily operations and online sales management.
Monitor order processing, packing, and delivery coordination with the logistics team.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share with management.
Maintain stock updates, and notify about low-stock items.
Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, discounts, and promotional offers.
Ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are updated and accurate.
Support the Incharge in ensuring smooth overall e-commerce operations.
