Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or post graduate degree in Marketing, Economics' IT or related discipline from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Specialist eCommerce is responsible for managing a dynamic team and lead the eCommerce and Digital Business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies;
∎ Facilitating cross-functional planning & execution in the region, working closely with Inside Sales leadership, Demand Generation leadership, Client Services and eCommerce Support, Finance;
∎ Help drive the local adoption of digital platform improvements both internally and externally;
∎ Have to develop and put in place Customer Satisfaction measurements and identified improvements;
∎ Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability;
∎ Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key business drivers such as promotions, site merchandising, and digital marketing;
∎ Have to analyzes product categories and make product mix and bundle;
∎ Responsible to develop a periodic (weekly/monthly) summary report highlighting site trends, customer behavior observations, and KPI status;
∎ Keeping product catalog updated; and
∎ Assist senior leadership in creation of long term eCommerce & digital strategy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Proven leadership of large eCommerce site management;
∎ Proficiency in E Commerce and marketplace management;
∎ Required proven experience in promotions, merchandising, and creating effective customer web experiences on a self-owned eCommerce platform;
∎ Experience with B2C or B2B eCommerce;
∎ Clearly understands how CRM systems interface with other digital and POS systems to drive behavioral change amongst consumers and staff to deliver profitable growth;
∎ Experience in the delivery of stretch growth targets: traffic, revenue and profit.
∎ Strong analytical skills;
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in the area(s): eCommerce and Digital Business, Sales & Marketing;
∎ Strong leadership skills and flexible team player; and
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written (English & Bangle).
