• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
• Previously worked at a reputed e-commerce company (e.g., Daraz, Evaly, Chaldal, etc.)
• Strong understanding of online retail, supply chain, and digital platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or relevant field

We are a growing e-commerce startup based in Dhaka, currently preparing to launch operations. We’re looking for an experienced and driven E-Commerce Manager who has a solid track record in managing and scaling online retail operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to build, manage, and optimize every aspect of our online store — from product listings to logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage our entire e-commerce operation from scratch

• Coordinate product listings, pricing, content, and promotional strategies

• Oversee order processing, inventory management, and logistics

• Collaborate with digital marketing team to boost sales and traffic

• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve user experience and conversion

• Manage seller/vendor relations, order fulfillment, and customer service processes

• Ensure the use of best practices in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, etc.)
