Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters in Marketing with relevant degree and Experience in Web/ Online/ Digital Marketing for a considerable time.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CRM (Hubspot Preferably), Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, E Commerce Manager, Website maintenance, Website Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chain shop, E-commerce, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Run day to day business operations of eCommerce Fulfillment by reviewing open orders and collaborating with teams to get orders out.
∎ Evaluate Logistics and Shipping partners performance and ensure that our delivery partner choices are correct and working effectively over time
∎ Work with our Supply Chain team and category managers on improving out-of-stock, damaged goods, replacement, and order exceptions to pro-actively prevent order issues.
∎ Create documentation and standard operating procedure documents around fulfillment procedures, escalations, and reporting to drive improvements.
∎ Partner with customer service team to understand consumer pain points and work on initiatives to improve customer experience.
∎ Monitor and take action on exception reporting and understand measurements of KPI's for lead times, shipping time, backorders, shipping exceptions to track progress towards operational goals for direct eCommerce business and work on initiatives to improve KPI's.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Deep interest in social media and e-commerce platforms and trends
∎ Excellent grasp of best practices in social media and digital marketing
∎ Creative with great aesthetic and design sense
∎ Comfort and knowledge of web analytic and reporting platforms preferred
∎ Interest in global fashion, design, graphics and art would be helpful
