Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize and create original designs for men's knit collection which include Polo , Sweater .
∎ Research and analyze fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to develop designs that resonate with our target audience.
∎ Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas, plan collections, and establish design themes for each season.
∎ Produce detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for prototypes and final garments.
∎ Select suitable fabrics, trims, and materials that align with the design vision and product requirements.
∎ Work closely with pattern makers and sample development teams to bring designs to life and ensure the desired fit and construction.
∎ Continuously monitor the development process to ensure timelines are met and product quality is maintained.
∎ Conduct quality control checks on prototypes and final products to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
∎ Collaborate with the merchandising & production team to address any issues during designing or challenges that arise during the manufacturing process.
∎ Work closely with the team that includes merchandisers & production and maintain effective communication with management members to ensure cohesive brand representation.
∎ Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and aesthetics of the designs.
∎ Stay updated on the latest advancements in fabric technology and manufacturing techniques to enhance the quality and functionality of the garments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a focus on men's western casual wear.
∎ A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and marketable designs.
∎ In-depth knowledge of men's fashion trends, styles, and garment construction.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
∎ Excellent understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.
∎ Strong artistic and conceptual skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and proportions.
∎ Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced design studio.
∎ Flexibility and adaptability to embrace constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
