Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a driven and skilled E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage our online sales platforms and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of e-commerce operations, digital tools, and a passion for data-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Objective:

  • Take full ownership of all digital and e-commerce initiatives with the primary goal of generating sales, increasing conversions, and driving overall revenue growth for the company.

E-Commerce Operations:

  • Manage and update product listings, inventory, and pricing across the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
  • Conduct thorough product research to identify profitable opportunities, competitive pricing, and trending products
  • Monitor marketplace policies, trends, and ensure compliance with platform best practices
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, generate performance reports, and help achieve sales targets

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for brand visibility and conversion.
  • Lead SEO/SEM efforts to increase organic traffic and search engine ranking
  • Create and execute targeted Email, WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, competitor strategies, and platform changes

Website & Content Management:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s WordPress-based website, including regular content updates, SEO improvements, and plugin integrations
  • Create interactive content and marketing strategies aimed at driving more walk-in customers to the showroom
  • Coordinate with the graphic design team to develop engaging campaign visuals and promotional materials

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and track KPIs
  • Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights for optimization
