• Age 24 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with proven sales experience

• Proven experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluency in Bengali is required (English communication will be an advantage)

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment

• Honest, responsible, and customer-focused attitude

• Handle walk-in customers politely and understand their requirements.

• Present showroom products clearly and explain features, quality, and price confidently.

• Convert walk-in customers into sales and build repeat customers.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales value.

• Handle customer questions and objections with patience.

• Prepare clear and accurate invoices so customers can easily understand the details.

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
