• Only Male

1. Maintain a petty cashbook, daily cashbook, add all supporting vouchers, and keep them together in a file. Prepare a monthly closing report

such as: Total Purchase, Expenses, Sales, Order & Delivery Report.

2. Prepare a monthly salary sheet, early leave, leave, Holiday, and overtime

Documented.

3. Creation Purchase Requisition, New Order, goods received, Final Delivery

Processing as per the order and handling customer delivery.

4. Keep an account of all the materials that have to be given from the store for daily workshop work, and supervise how many remaining materials will be deposited

5. All the products of the store should be properly maintained and always arranged and sorted at any time the store`s material auditor wants to check, and he should always cooperate if he wants to conduct audit activities.
