Responsibilities & Context:
Creating a product sales strategy for a well-reputed Chinese brand of Kitchen & Cupboard Accessories in the Bangladeshi market.
Visiting various local markets and achieving sales targets.
To develop various plans to build dealer and distributor networks across Bangladesh and to inform the management to take effective steps.
Creating sales plans for various divisions and districts in Bangladesh, including Dhaka, and achieving sales targets.
Dealer wholesaler project-wise (interior, developer, contractor), creating a visiting plan, visiting according to the plan, following up, and taking effective steps to increase sales.
Kitchen & Cupboard Accessories marketing competitor brand price quality feature analysis
Conduct customer demand and trend analysis and report regularly to management.
Creating new opportunities by ensuring market gaps.
Competitive but profitable pricing strategies are informed by management through research of the real market.
