Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
∎ Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
∎ Qualifying buyers by understanding their requirements & interests & matching these interests to various car models,
∎ Demonstrate features & Options on all vehicles in Car Hut
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to attract exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers for the Car Hut Expo.
∎ Identify potential clients in the automotive industry, including car manufacturers, accessory providers, and service companies, and pitch exhibition opportunities.
∎ Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets for exhibition space and sponsorship packages.
∎ Prepare customized sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
∎ Design and implement marketing strategies to promote the Car Hut Expo to target audiences, including exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors.
∎ Oversee the development of promotional materials, digital marketing content, social media campaigns, and advertising strategies.
∎ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the automotive industry and understand competitors' strategies.
∎ Monitor industry developments and competitor expos to adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Actively prospect for new sponsors and exhibitors through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
∎ Develop attractive sponsorship packages, showcasing benefits and return on investment (ROI) for potential sponsors.
∎ Work closely with the Car Hut Expo Manager to maintain a consistent brand image for the expo.
∎ Maintain positive relationships with media outlets and marketing partners to boost event publicity.
∎ Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales leads, and client conversions.
∎ Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, marketing performance, and sponsorship acquisition.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing reports with actionable insights for future expos.
∎ Ensure all marketing materials, sponsorship signage, and branding are properly displayed.
∎ Coordinate on-site networking events, product showcases, and sponsor engagements to enhance their experience.
