Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Fisheries, or Business.

Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
Promote Eon Animal Health products (Poultry, Dairy, Livestock, Aqua) in assigned territory.
Visit farmers, dealers, veterinarians, and key influencers regularly.
Achieve assigned sales targets and distribution objectives.
Develop new markets and identify potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, farmers, and vets.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
Handle customer queries and coordinate technical support when needed.
Product Promotion & Field Activities
Conduct product detailing, demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
Support sales campaigns, promotional programs, and product launches.
Collect market feedback on product performance and competitor activity.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and market intelligence updates.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data as per company policy.
Training & Development
Participate in structured training programs on:
Animal health products
Sales techniques
Market development
Learn company policies, ethical sales practices, and compliance standards.
