Experience in Sales
Experience in Paints / Chemical Industries is highly preferred
Well-organized, smart, and proactive
Good communication skills in both English and Bengali
Strong computer literacy
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Visit potential customers and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers & painters.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and collect feedback
Gather market intelligence including competitor information and pricing updates
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
Maintain sales records and submit reports to the sales office
Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection
Coordinate with factory, accounts, and logistics teams
Review and improve personal sales performance regularly
Perform any other duties assigned by management
