Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the sales and collection target of overall team in assigned area by monitoring, follow up, facilitating, supervising them rigorously.
∎ Maintain good rapport with dealer, painter, contractor, engineers, and officers of government sectors.
∎ Establish bridge between top management and field force
∎ Maintain liaison among all relevant departments
∎ Prepare and allocate marketing budgets of assigned area
∎ Credit Management of overall assigned area
∎ Ensuring dealer or customer balance confirmation by briefing them transaction and commission.
∎ Set target to individual team members analyzing area potential and company growth target.
∎ Ensure effectivity of team by schedule, random & on demand market visit with individual team mates.
∎ Prepare report on product indent, sales & collection forecast, team member's performance.
∎ Follow up with sales person, dealers and DIC on sales order, invoice, payment collection, product delivery.
∎ Arrange painter workshop and product introduction program with PWD officers.
∎ Achieving product mix target.
∎ Enhancing team productivity as per management requirement.
∎ Follow up demand generation activity of team & ensuring result.
∎ Depot operation cost monitoring and stock management optimization.
∎ Develop manpower by required in-house training and focusing on weaker & potential market.
∎ Monitoring financial transaction of team to refrain any sales person discrepancy with dealer.
∎ Provide report as per management & relevant department's requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Experience requirements: 7 to 8 years
∎ Applicant should have experience in B2B sales, Building Materials, Dealer Management, Dealer or Channel Development, Depot Administration, Due Collection, Sales Marketing
∎ Applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Paint, Cement, Steel, Tiles/Ceramics Chemical Industries
