∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of Handling largest Jute mill operation & production smoothly.
∎ Responsible to achieve target production of the mill, super-vice various section of production line and monitoring the performances of his subordinate offices, stuff and workers.
∎ Planning, control and insure quality production to the satisfaction of the buyers.
∎ Ensure Daily Target Production and day to day floor activities
∎ Ensure correct utilization of man, machine, materials
∎ Train and develop workers to increase productivity
∎ Have sound knowledge about batching, preparing, spinning, weaving and finishing department.
∎ Follow/ Develop SOP for ensuring process Quality parameters for every machine/section

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Highly energetic & communicative
∎ Shall stay inside the factory

Salary: Negotiable
