• Diploma in Architecture

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Minimum 3 years of practical drafting experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/3D tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of interior layouts, furniture detailing, and technical drawing standards.

• Ability to interpret design concepts and convert them into technical drafts.

• Attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and good communication skills.

Job Context

Penthouse Livings Limited is seeking a skilled Draftsman with strong technical drawing abilities to support furniture design, layout planning, and interior project execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CAD drafting, furniture detailing, and preparing accurate technical drawings for premium interior and furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and furniture detailing using AutoCAD.

2. Develop accurate technical drawings for production, installation, and interior project execution.

3. Coordinate with designers, architects, and project teams to convert concepts into technical drafts.

4. Ensure drawings meet design standards, measurements, and material specifications.

5. Update and revise drawings based on feedback from design and project teams.

6. Maintain organized drawing files, documentation, and version control.

7. Conduct site measurement visits when required and prepare “as-built” drawings.

8. Support the design team with furniture detailing, joinery drawings, and space planning layouts.

9. Ensure compliance with project timelines and accuracy standards.

10. Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to ensure feasibility and clarity of drawings.
