Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning and execution of the large scale shopping mall project.

• Monitor day-to-day civil construction activities, including basement excavation, RCC work, structural work, and finishing.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of civil works.

• Track progress against project schedules and update timelines as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction standards.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues in coordination with engineering and architectural teams.

• Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, quality checklists, and safety logs.

• Enforce safety regulations and quality standards as per company and legal guidelines.

• Coordinate MEP and other inter-disciplinary work schedules with civil timelines.
